Dogue de Bordeaux

The smallest of the Mastiff family, the Dogue de Bordeaux, or French Mastiff, was originally used for bear and boar hunting in France. The most well known appeared in the 1989 film “Turner and Hooch.” Their relentless strength makes them great guard dogs.

AVERAGE WEIGHT: 80-100 lbs.
AVERAGE HEIGHT: 23 1/2-27" at shoulder
